I have a hotmail account linked to a Windows Live ID account. This morning I had signed into my hotmail as usual and sent a few emails. I then opened a peice of junk mail by mistake. I closed it. Logged out. tried to log in later - no access. Went to passport.net and could access windows Live ID account.  I changed password.  Tried to log into mail - no access still.  Then did all following - cleared cookies etc... and ensured security levels okay.  Still no access.  Is my mail account being blocked by some trojan?  How can I get URGENT help or solve the problem?
