Locked Can't Access Reporting site from remote computer

    When I log into the FCS Server as my domain admin account I can log into the Reporting Site with no problem and see all the reports.

    However when I log into a different computer using my normal (Non-Domain Admin) account I can access the Reporting site however I cannot see any of the reports.
    If I go into the Site Settings I have configured the Site-Wide Security to allow my Non-Admin Account as a Reporting Administrator.

    Any help is appreciated.
