QuestionDeploying FCS on Windows 7 32bit

    I am trying to deploy FCS on Windows 7 32bit. It fails.
    The other box is frustrating too. one error is the firewall, which is off and the other is that Task sheduler is not running, but in the services.msc the task scheduler shows that it is running.
    here is on log.

    Copy the installer locally and run it.  Running it from a network share doesn't always work well.

    Thank you for responding to my questions. I did install the update you suggested, but I get the same error. I might Add the following: I am trying to use one of two methods to install WSUS SP2 server. It will install updates but not for forefront. Since Yes forefront has been approved and the computer is in the right group. The approval has applied to the group too.

    The other method i am trying is the FSC Deployment tool. This was from the above log, same errors after installing the patch you recommended.

    MOM AGENT does install via MOM Agent push on the FSC server.  GPO to turn off Firewall, run remote reg, turn task scheduler. the updates works from the WSUS server that i have it connecting to, but not the intial install.

    Any help would be appreciated!
