  I am trying to install forefront Server in an office environment.. But i got stuck while it reached Install MOM reporting service.
  The Server is installed with SQL Server 2005 and OS with windows Server 2003 with SP 1 ...
  
  I got the following log error in the installation time...

  Thank you for the post.

   

  I did some research regarding the MOMReporting log. And this is the only part of logs, please look into the whole logs and check if there is any error code. If have, please let me know. If that doesn't show anything, you will need to have a look at the mom install logs(MOMServer.log) to see the exact issue, it will be shown in there.

  yes, please check your logs files in the temp folders and the forefront installation folder.
  
  otherwise checkyour temp directorys (c:\temp, c:\documents and settings\administrator.domain\local settings\temp, c:\windows\temp) if the are empty and c:\windows\installers are also empty.
  
  sql server 2005 have sp2 or sp3? windows server sp2?
