    Hi all,

           Im trying to instal FSC (FCS_RTM_EVAL_en-us_1703.0) on a server 2008 Standard x64, with only WSUS SP2 (needed) and SQL 2005 (32Bit)
          
           Im having this error, when setup gets to Collection Server Disabling Rules:

           Starting collection server disabling rules.

    Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Mom.MomSdkException: Loading the rule failed. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {31CFCB56-0A22-4176-927E-5EEDD3C252D5} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

        I already seen a post with this error, but the DAS account already belongs to local administrators group, and the problem persist....
        Can you help me solve this problem?
