Setup is on SBS 2003 enterprise edition - ISA

I was editing a rule to block remote access except from one ip address -

The problem i i created a new network and automatically it created a virtual network card.

From that point after my web access and remote work place stoped working.

I deleted the new network and set all the settings back to its place but the problem is still persistent.

i think it is something to do with the new network card creeated - and when i try to uninstall the network card from device manager. it crashes.

    Any help please?

Since I have no way of knowing how this "NIC" was created, I can't advise you on how to remove it.
I can say however that ISA management wasn't the source of this action.
THE simplest way to regain your original configuration is to import the confioguration you saved before making these changes.
..you _did_ export the configuration before experimenting with this..?
If not, use the SBS Internet Configuration weirdzard to get you back to the least supported configuration, export that config and rebuild your custom policies.

Actually, ISA management cannot create a "virtual network card" - there's something else in your processes that did this.
You need to delete the network definition you created. If there is no new NIC, don't create a "network".
Instead, create an address set or subnet and populate it with the data you would have applied to teh network address ranges.
You can use this in the rule you want to use for denying access.
