  Can you get network captures for the instances?
  99 times out of 10, the problem is actually in the remote werb site.

  Steve, We believe it is an issue with some of the sites that are hosting Facebook. Try disabling HTTP compression on your TMG and see if that resolves the issue.

  I was having problems under beta3 as well, and also found when I had disabled HTTP Compression, it cured my problem.  When I installed RC I originally left compression off, but I just tried it with compression on, and started getting the Status 13 error.

  Thanks guys. Disabling HTTP compression fixes the issue.  I assuming there is no way to disable it for a particular rule?
