My HR dept wants all allowed users when they first open a web browser to be directed to a page that the staff member needs to click that they accept all company policies on internet access before allowing them to the wild.

I had a SonicWall PRO100 firewall ages ago that this was a built in feature of the device, but can this be done on a ISA box.

I have ISA 2004 but can upgrade to 2006 as its in SA at the moment.

    Thanks in advance

    Liam

    Hi,

    Thank you for your post.

As far as I know, you may use Captivate” to achieve your goal. It is a filter for ISA 2006 and 2004 that adds flexible captive portal functionality to your proxied networks. For more information, please refer to: http://www.collectivesoftware.com/Products/Captivate

    Hi,

There is another product, also from CollectiveSoftware.com , that performs exactly what you want, and i believe is cheaper , check it : WebTOS ,

With WebTOS your organization can display a fully configurable "Terms of Service" or "license agreement" dialog to your web users before they are allowed HTTP access. WebTOS is useful for the following scenarios:

    • If you want to present your internal users with a TOS screen before letting them use the web.
    • If you need external Internet users to agree to a TOS prior to accessing one or more of your published servers.

WebTOS is compatible with ISA 2004 and 2006 servers.
