AnswerIs it possible to configure a timed exclusion in TMG Web access policies?

We'd like to allow our users to access certain site categories for 30-60 minutes per day.
Previously we used SurfControl as a web filtering application, which allows that. Many other web filtering applications also support that.
The question is: is that possible to configure that in TMG Beta 3? If not, will it be possible in production versions?

Actually, TMG is not positioned as directly competitive to SurfControl or WebSense.
The only feature TMG offers that is even remotely similar to either of those is URL Filtering.

No; there are no plans to include total time monitoring for user access.

    Yes, you can.
Create an access rule allowing HTTP to the URL categories you want to allow for this time frame.
In the Schedule tab, yuo create a new schedule that defines the acceptable time frame.
TMG will re-evaluate connections related to this rule when the schedule times are crossed.
Those that no longer meet the rule definition are dropped.

It's not actually what I mean.
Sure, it is possible to allow some actions, say, between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. But the idea is to allow users not more than 30-60 minutes of access counted over the whole day (with some sort of a counter), like 15 minutes in the morning, than 10 minutes at the lunch break, the rest at the end of the day. And the user should personally decide when to access it.
SurfControl and WebSense have such functionality. ForeFront is positioned as a competitive product, so I would also expect similar functionality. The question is, whether MS is planning to add it in RTM versions?
