You cannot customize top users and top sites reports to give you this information.  User reports provide info by username if clients are authenticated and client IP address otherwise. Top sites (HTTP requests) are identified by DNS name in client requests, and otherwise by IP address.

One way you may get the info is to run a log query that either sets the client username to a specific user or all authenticated users (not anonymous). You can also set the log time, protocol, action, rule etc to filter as required. Query results can be copied to the clipboard.

    Hi Rayne,

Yes, you are correct. I recommend Websense as something else you could use to carry this out.

    Hi,

You can Create your own reports using ISA Server and Excel  and then sort excel sheet or filter it as you wish to get the data you are looking for , check my article here : Creating Detailed Reports Using ISA Server 2006 & Excel

You need third party internet monitoring software. To me, I would recommend "WFilter Enterprise".
    www.imfirewall.us

    WFilter Key Features:

    • Keep a detailed record of each web surfing and web posting.
    • Record all incoming and outgoing email content and attachment.
    • Monitor and archive instance messengers chat contents and activities.
    • Monitor and archive files transferred by web, ftp and IM tools.
    • Implement a policy to filter internet access during working hours.
    • Websites, messengers and p2p file downloading can be blocked to save bandwidth and raise productivity.
    • You only need to install WFilter in ONE computer to manage your whole network.
