- Can a back-dated report be generated & printed

Hi,
Yes,
1- Go To Monitoring node > Reports2- click on Generate a New Report.
3- give it a name, click next, select what your report want to contains.
4- select the start and end date of your report, so for example if you want to create a report for 29/04/09 , then your start and end date will be 29/04/09
5- Continue with the wizard ( next > next ... ) and your Custom report will be generated

Thanks for your suggestion as it was very helpful indeed. However, I am not seeing any information in the report... such as users, sites visited, etc. I had a check mark at all of the fields that I wanted in the report but no itemized information was generated.
Is there a way for me to get around that problem?

Sherrie68 - If the data is not in the summary file, it can't be in the report.
When did you first start generating reports for your ISA?
