Reports folder empty - error when opening report

  Hi,
  
  I believe you are facing the same issue as this post : ISA 2004 Monthly report has no data
  
  Check the suggested solution and report back.

  Hello Tarek ,
  
  You are a life saver, reports getting generated. Deleted all these files and now reports are generated once again.

  Unfortunately, it worked for one day and then I got the issue back for the rest of the 4 days !
  
  
  
  Can you please check the above screen shot . Why the folder is generated, but empty has nothing inside it
