    When trying to do a full backup of Forefont TMG with CA Arcserve, I recieve an error when it attempts to backup the System State.  The Arcserve error logs state that the backup cannot access the motherboard infor, which is necessary for disaster recovery of the server (bare metal restore).  This is not a issue in any other server, so I'm sure that TMG has disabled this feature.  What need to be enabled to access this info?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the post.

    You may disable the Forefront TMG driver by running “net stop fweng” in a command shell and see if it works.

    While I have not tried stopping this service in TMG, doing this in ISA 2004 shut down access to/from all networks.  Would this also be the case in TMG?
