    I'm running Windows 2003 SBS and the following automatic update always fails:

    "Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components used in ISA Server 2004 SP3 Standard Edition Reporting"

    How can I install this properly?

    Do you receive any error message? Please review the system requirement as follow:

    • ISA Server 2004 Standard Edition Service Pack 3

    • ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 3

    • ISA Server 2006

    • Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition, Service Pack 1

    • Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    What do you mean about “automatic update always fails”? we need more information to troubleshooting this issue, is there any error message?

    after reading the WindowsUpdate.log the error code is: 0x80070643
