WPAD？：WindowsUpdate NOT working on Proxy Server

Dear All，
We currently use proxy server and WSUSwith an automatic configuration script at Internet Option for Windows Update . However, it doesn't work for a laptop if a device driver should be downloaded and installed from Windows Update official site.
From KB900935, we found a possible solution, WPAD. However, I didn't find any detail to implement it. So, is there any sample of a wpad.dat file or how to make it? How to setup DHCP server and discover our automatic configuration script for the proxy server?

Assuming that you are using either TMG or ISA as proxy, have a look at:
