How to enable ports in ISA 2006

Monday, June 18, 2012 7:20 AMI need to access software which is hosted outside the private network. We have enabled ports in firewall from isa server outbound to any internet destination. We are having trouble in opening ports in isa server. Kindly provide the steps to open ports in isa wit screenshot...thanks
