How do I apply seperate file/folder permissions for a user when they are connected through VPN (RRAS)
- I am running RRAS on a Windows 2003 Server within a 2008 domain. I am trying to figure out a way to have different permissions for a user when they are connected through VPN than when they are in the building and on the LAN. Is this possible? Any ideas would be great. I can provide a more thorough explanation if needed.

Before going any further, I’d like to confirm what permission you want to apply. If you want to set folder permissions for VPN users, that is possible. We need setup a PPTP server on the Window 2003 Server. And we may use AGDLP strategy to organize groups and assign permissions for resources.
