Uninstalling ISA 2006

Hi,
When am uninstalling ISA 2006 I get this error "setup failed while unregistering the vpn plugin"
I have tried deleting the VPNPLGIN.DLL from C:/Programs files/Microsoft ISA server and restarted as per thread but still doesn't work.
How do I get the registry keys and deleted them too?
Please advise.
