OWA defaults to light even when not selected, for a few users

All,
I have TMG 2010 with Exchange 2010. We have a standard ruleset, built from the wizards and only use TMG for Exchange. The TMG servers are domain members. Our Listener is using HTML Form Authentication.
I have one user that always gets OWA light even though she does not select "user Outlook Web App Light". I always get premium as do other users. This began when I disabled the Legacy rules for Exchange 2003.
Internally, if she connects directly to my CAS to test, she gets OWA premium. When using the OWA URL which goes through TMG (both internal and external) she only gets light.
Why would TMG do this? What does it believe to be different about her mailbox? She is a standard User Mailbox, not Legacy or Linked.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi,
when the user tries to open OWA from the Internet from a different Computer does the user get the OWA full Client?
If yes I think this are cached settings on the Client.
Please also check the OWA Settings (accessebility Settings) for the user wen the user is logged on through OWAregards Marc Grote aka Jens Baier - www.it-training-grote.de - www.forefront-tmg.de - www.nt-faq.de

Thank you for the reply. I had her login from my computer. Same issue. I login from my computer - premium.
For some reason TMG is "downgrading" her to OWA light. Or something.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi,
logon with the user account to OWA navigate to Options - all options - accessibilty options and check if the option "use the blind and low vision experience" has not been checked

I guess you are saying that TMG doesn't change or force the OWA setting. I checked the user's OWA options and indeed low vision was selected. Problem solved, thank you.
Now if I can can just figure out why some people are prompted in Outlook for a login while most are not. Hmm.
Regards,
Paul
