    We are unable to access Microsoft Home page through our proxy. We are able access other links linkewww.update.microsoft.com and so on.

    FYI, we are having ISA 2004 proxy.

    Hi,

    check the ISA live logging to see the reason why ISA Server may blocks the request.
    DNS name resolution is working on the clients?
    Clients are Webproxy / ISA Firewall clients or SecureNAT clients?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the post.

    Please check if you have created access rule to allow http(https) protocol from internal to external and make sure this rule is on the top of the block rule. If the access rule that require authentication, SecureNAT clients cannot be authenticated by ISA Server. If then, the access rule should be applied to all the user.
