    Hi,

    I have following problem.

After successful authentication, web proxy server keeps track of client's connection (storing IP address probably) for a period of client's activity plus some timeout (typically 3min).
For some kind of clients (let's say an application for testing different types of connections) it can introduce some problems.
Is there any way of forcing ISA web proxy to re-authenticate client?
I know that there is something like this in Novel's Border Manager (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1959/cmd/BM-Logout.htm) and wonder if it is possible in ISA.

    Cheers!

Since this is primarily for manual testing, you can use the IS AMonitoring, Sessions tab.
Select the client for which you want to force authentication and choose "Disconect Session".

If the client was authenticated using forms-based auth (FBA), there is the concept of a timeout for the user session after which they must re-authenticate, but this deos not apply for HTTP-based authentication, such as Basic, Digest, Integrated...

The client uses HTTP-based authentication, not FBA.
