I have problem pinging NLB IP from outside my network even my router can't ping my NLB IP so eventually I can't access OWA with NLB / Casarray IP from outside my network, from the LAN everything seems to be working as I able to contact my NLB IP and also my outlook users can connect to it.......

CAS1 server have certificate Installed so as CAS2 server....my DAG servers are seprate than CAS server

Any Idea what it needs to be done to make it work

    Hello,

If you are not able to be, that does not mean that your NLB CAS is not reachable. To be able to ping, make sure that ICMP traffic from your source to your NLB CAS.

To publish OWA for Exchange 2010, refer to that: http://exchangemaster.wordpress.com/2010/04/09/publish-exchange-2010-with-tmg-forefront-threat-management-gateway/

Thanks for your quick response I checked my firewall ICMP traffic is allowed from any to any and document you provided does not actually suites to my organization since we don't have any firewall....

Can you please let me any other way where I can check

    Hello,

we don't have TMG server in our network topolgy is straight forward....

1.Router - Servers - Barracuda Web Filter I could see that no one is blocking NLB IP, I checked the windows Firewall status ICMP 4 & 6 is enabled in NLB Catagoery.
