Installing Windows Management Framework to get PowerShell 2.0
- It seems PowerShell 2.0 RTM is only available as a part of Windows Management Framework.
I already have PowerShell 1.0 on my computer installed via Windows Update. Do I have to remove this update before installing Windows Management Framework?

- Answering my own question:
No need to uninstall PS 1.0. Just install Windows Management Framework over. It will be installed in the same folder were 1.0 was (C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0). In addition the shortcut to PS in start menu will disappear. I didn't try anything yet. I am running Vista, Windows Server 2003 and XP with latest updates.- Try it on one of your machines - it will either install or not.
