    I recommend using notepad. It is installed on every version of WIndows and requires no scripting.

    You can also use the Journal in Microsoft Outlook which provides a very nice log of all Microsoft Office activities.

    These will let you record all daily activities just like in a diary.  There is no need for scripting this.

    You cannot automatically record all activities. YOU will need to type a log entry for each one.

    The closest you can get is to use Microsofft Office Journal which willrecord all files opened with Office products.

    You can purchase software that will track all keystrokes a user types.  This is normally used for forensic tracking and is fairly expansive.

    There is no way to do this with script.

    You can get some information from the eventlog if you turn on both "auditing" and "process" tracking.  These will significanly slow the performance of your system.
