<#anything can go here and as much as you want and it can go anywhere in a script as many times as you like and you can just keep adding all kinds of goodies which will be ignored by all of us and by all powershell parsers and tokenizers so have as much fun as you like between the beginning and the end #>

Try it you will like it

    It is a Multi-

    line

    comment definer

    (like the greate 'decider')

    and not

a bit of an after thought

    like PERL

    because

    PERL was some bodies late

    night experience

    which they had

    on a dreary, dreary night

while all of the kids were sleeping snug

    in their beds

    like blankets

    in a box

    with dreams in their heads

and a fox in their sox!

    No prob.

I hope you didn't mind my having a little fun. PowerShell is more like C than anything else.  PERL is a construction added to over time to extend it's usefulness. C was designed from the ground up and has pretty much stayed the same over its whole life.
