2 problems in windows 7 bluetooth and local disk

(windows7 home basic, intel core i5, model n5110)
1- when i turn on/off my
bluetooth or wirless adaptor it used to hear a notification device sound sound like
when you enter USB or connect mouse to your computer but now there is no sound,
how can i turn on the bluetooth device sound on ?
2- after i made dell
factory image restore and made recovery media some times appear in my computer
local disk with blue question mark and disappear, i did right click to my
computer open disk management i found disk 0 basic 465.76 online health OEM
partition what it is ? and if it a problem how can i solve it ?
