    Anyone know of MOF guidance on Enterprise project portfolio planning ?  I've only found guidance on project planing, but nothing at the enterprise rollup of all projects.

    Hi,

    i am working on MOF and Project Management couple of years . you cannot find a big difference between handling a Project and Portfolio .Portfolio is the combination of Projects and Programs. and Program is also combination of Projects..
    so use same strategy as for project.

    Hi guys,

    You can use the same tips to enterprise portfolio, because like NET_RFID said you cannot find a big difference between types. But, if you have any doubts let’s talk about this.
