Unanswered fita: erro de recurso de Dicionário

    Hello I have a problem again, I'm not trying to put THAT RibbonApplicationMenu round office button, But TO put my dictionary feature of this error:

     

    An error occurred while finding the resource dictionary "/ RibbonControlsLibrary; component/Themes/Office2007Blue.xaml."

     

    C: \ Users \ fernanda \ AppData \ Local \ Temporary Projects \ WpfApplication1 \ MainWindow.xaml.

     

    SO THIS Code:

    I'M doing any WPF application, Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. NET Framework 4.0.

     

    Can someone answer me why is so difficult tape Learn?
