Wednesday, April 11, 2012 11:00 AMI am not sure if this is the right section and no section seemed to before just normal VS fuctions. I have a local development server that I keep my dev code on and I use the build in Copy Website function of VS 11 on both my desktop and laptop to copy the data via FTP to the dev server. I have noticed that when there are new files on the dev server and I do a sync (clikcing the buttong with the two arrows pointing both ways) command on either machine it will update any files that are on both computers but it will not download the new files. How can I get the sync command to download the new files too, or is this not what it is for? Also, I can use the coopy from soruce command (the button with the arrorw point from the remote site to the local) that it will copy the new files down with no problem.

As your question concerns a web site, there is also a furum in the ASP.NET site where you may want to ask:
