    when i tried to download onecare scanner i recieved error message 0xx8402802

    usually error messages of this type refer to not enough RAM memory to run the app, the way to verify this is to right click my computer and select properties, then select the resources tab, see how much RAM you have versus how much is free if there is not at least 128 MB RAM usable either kill some apps bfore running this or get more RAM
    choosing the killl apps part is easy, just use crtl/alt/del and look at the processes tab, right click and kill the process, if youre not sure dont mess with it
