    I have 3 labs in my school 96 machines have Vista 32 and 39 machines have XP 32 both are professional versions.  The majority of the machines have contracted a malware called Hijack.taskmanager.  I have tried numerous virus cleaner programs including Windows Defender, AVG, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Combathis, and Hijack this and non of them have removed the malware.  What happens is they all remove it but when I reboot the machine the darn thing comes back.  I have gone into regedit and deleted the files listed on each of the programs as being infected but still it comes back.  Can anyone help me get rid of this pest for good?
