Connetions get lost with Published DNS on W2k8 TMG

After time, connections get lost and published DNS rule doesn't work anymore after 1 or 2 days.

The connection looks like this: Internet--TMG--DNS.
The TMG & DNS are running on 2 uptodate windows 2008 servers.

There is nothing in the log files, this i find very strange.

If i disabled and enabled the rule it works again !!???

This is the Rule:
1.Non-web server protocol publishing rule
Name: "Publishing first DNS ns1.domain.com"
Server Ip Adress: "10.10.10.101"
Selected Protocol: "DNS Server"
Listen networks: "External"

Any help would be fine :)
