Forefront Stirling Setup - Failure Core Server Installation

Hi,

when i install fcs stirling on your server i have a setup failure at the "fcs core server" step.
The setup install the db and run several scripts and then i see a error in the taskbar, where i can´t click ok, so i must right-click in the taskbar and say "close" to this error and then setup roll-back.

I had a same troubles with error 1603 while MOM Reporting Services installed when I deployed a policy against Conficker worm in my domain. This policy is prohibit a creation of new service records in registry and new Sheduled Tasks in the folder %Systemroot%\Tasks. When I removed a server from domain, permissions stayed on place. I made a new policy, wich gave a Full rights to admin on these objects and Forefront was installed!!!
