Forefront Stirling Install Error

  Cheers folks: I am installing FFS on a W2008 X64 sp1 VM with the following components: Shavlik NetChk Protect 6.5.2, SCOM 2007 R2, SQL 2005 x64.  The pre-requesites all came up green during the install but it fails during the server configuration component with this error / can someone clarify - tell me what I need to do to resolve this - thanks! - I can forward or enclose additional log files if needed:
