Need assistance with some features of Office Communicator. Need full screen to go to "Do not disturb" and I want to see what time a user has been idle since.

In LCS, when RPD was utilized and full screen was used, LCS would automatically switch to "do not disturb" mode, I would like for this to occur with OCS, and I do not want the grant the users the ability to change this. Also, in LCS, there was an instance, that if I were to leave at 1PM, it would state that I have been idle SINCE 1PM, I would like the same for this, I do not see this in OCS, and I want to enable this also prohibiting the users from changing it.
