    When I turn my computer on The "My Computer Icon" that I have located at the top left hand side of my monitor jumps to the right of where it suppose to be. I drag it back to where it suppose to be and it jumps again when I turn on or re-start my computer.  This has happened now for the last three days.

    I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. I tried a system restore that did not help.     Can someone tell me what's going on?
