When I try to download something, Avery Templates for example, I get a message that I have lost my internet connection. I checked with my computer man and he says that my computer is find and there is problem with it. I checked with my DSL provider
and they tell me that there is no problem there either. They both told me that it must be a microsoft problem. Can you help me solve this problem as it is very important to me.
