I support a 1600 mailbox Exchange email server. About 70% of our email clients connect from locations around the world using POP3, IMAP, and HTTPS connections. The question was asked by our administration if there was any way we could tell what
type (i.e. Outlook , Mac Mail, etc.) of clients are connecting to the server. I honestly do not know where to start to help them with that information. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible and if so, what tools would I need to use
to gather this information (i.e. Powershell, etc.).
