  • Hi,

    In Asset Intelligence, the Asset Intelligence synchronization point status: Online Service account is not provisioned

    The AIUpdateSvc.log has generated the below error(s):

    

    Any suggestions please?

  • "Unable to connect to the remote server" .... have you checked basic connectivity? There should be a servername or URL in the log.

    I can confirm the server which the Asset Intelligence Synchronization point does have internet access and has IP address etc...

  • Have you configured proxy settings (and credentials) for your Asset Intelligence Sync point? I normally find it's easier to "whitelist" traffic from the ConfigMgr server to the Microsoft sites (works for updates too).

  • Configuring the proxy address has resolved this, although the server which the Asset Intelligence role is installed had full internet access (via an IP rule).
