    Dear Sir,

    I am trying to create a new User to SCSM 2010 (Configuration ITem > Users > Create User)

    Its mandatory to First name and Last name, so I am adding Root in First Name, Lunix in Last Name

    User Name which is coming: Root.Linux

    Unfortunatlly this is totaly wrong, the linux administrator name is Root not Root.Linux, I am forced to add the Last Name so its currupting my goal.

    Please let me know how to add Root account.
