all my downloads are deleted before I open them

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 6:51 PMI cant download anything from the internet, this includes attachments from emails. I keep getting a message that says the document contained a virus and was deleted. When I use Firefox to download the same item, it also gets deleted. What could be causing this. Its frustrating because I cant do anywork when I'm at home
