  Saw one other thread on this but it wasn't very helpful... we're having pretty consistent issues with this message appearing for a variety of applications.  We are entirely 4.5 and have been for some time now (all clients are running build 4.5.1.15580).  As reported in the previous thread, simply launching the package again is successful but with the regularity that the error is occuring, it's not creating a very pleasant user experience and sort of gives the impression to users that APPV isn't the most stable platform.
  
  I'm wondering whether there's a particular user behavior that will cause this to happen that we're not accounting for?  Will shutting the machine down or logging off "too quickly" without giving each application enough time to quit cause this?  Looking for some insight... if there's something with the server settings that might help, I'm all ears!
