    Hi,

I currently have provisioned a shared read-only cache into my lab environment.  Of course, this cache is filled with all of our packages pre-loaded.  Question being, do I need to enable or configure the AutoLoad triggers?  Currently, I have the client to:

"Set Background Loading Triggers (when to auto load)" = "Never load in background" and

"Specify what to load in background" = '(0x0) None'

    Thoughts?

    Cheers

If you intend on pre-loading then you should have the AutoLoad to never load in Background. And 0 so it never attempts to background load.

That's how pre-loading of apps would work. Otherwise if you set the triggers the apps will attempt to load from the APP-V Server.

Indeed.  The .fsd file currently sits at ~22GB with ALL apps loaded at 100%.  Provided this performs well...I'll be saving about 2TB of SAN space.

    Good stuff.

    Cheers
