Can't add server connexion in client Appv 4.6 SP1

I Have install the client appV 4.5 and update it with Client _RDS 4.6 SP1.
After this installation I Can't add server connexion in the console client.
An other symptome is that I can't do right click in console on "server publication"
When I Check registry in \HKLM\softawre\wow6432node\Microsoft\Softgrid\4.5\client\DC Servers\
I caan see the server i have add in the first installation.
But the section is empt in client console.
You have idea on my problem ?

Hello,
Do you have permissions to add a publication server?See the Permissions-key as a reference;
