Ok, so here's first question about content in on-line documentation:
As discussed elsewhere in this forum, it seems that option called "Generate Difference File", has disappeared from the Sequencer UI. However, according to this page: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc843635.aspx , it states that such option exists.
Is the documentation incorrect (as I'm sure it's written against 4.5 RC where such option existed) or what's going on?

It is still available as a commandline. a document is being written, someone else will have to respond for the ETA.
mkdiffpkg.exe is in the program folder.
mkdiffpkg.exe <LatestSFT.sft> <NameOfNewDsftToCreate.dsft>
mkdiffpkg.exe Visio_2.sft Visio_2_diff.dsft
then apply it with SFTMIME (the following is from memory only)
SFTMIME LOAD PACKAGE:Visio /SFTPATH Visio_2_diff.dsft

The online help will be updated in the November time frame and will reflect the UI changes. Thank you for your comment about preferring to see the control in the UI, these sorts of comments are helpful as we consider future product updates.
