    First, i´m a totaly new to App-V.

    Background.
    I have sequenced an application with version 4.6 of the Sequencer.
    Imported it to version 4.5 of the management server
    Started it with version 4.6 on the client computer.
    Application is sequenced on the Q:-drive.

    Operating system on all machines is Server 2008 x64.

    My problem is the following.

    A user must be able to write/modify some files and a folder in the sequenced application. Is that possible?

    Hello,

    Using ACLs;

    There also the possibility to classify data post-sequencing, I would suggest reading through the forums as I have answered several posts regarding that aswell.

    If you're new to App-V, why would you have 4.5 Management Server against 4.6 clients (and with 4.6 packages) and not 4.6 one?

    Anyways, you can clear a checkbox in Sequencer (in Deployment -tab, when you package is open) called "Enforce access permissions". This effectively disables ACLs from within the package, otherwise you have to manually edit NTFS permissions while in monitoring wizard mode.
