NTLM Client Errors on RTSPS Setup

Hi
Using RTSPS with a secure certificate. Have followed all instruction that we can find from Microsoft but keep receiving the following error on clients when trying to refresh the App V Management Server:Details of our setup:
Windows Server 2008 R2
IIS installed with ASP.NET (plus pre-requisites)
Windows Authentication
IIS Management Scripts and Tools
IIS Management Services
IIS 6 Management Compatibility
Certificate has been created and named the same as the server – no errors reported during initial install of App V Management console.
AppV service and Certificate managed by same account.
And the server logs:

Thanks for the speedy reply.
We do not have any devices running RTSP Stateful Inspection
The user is a part of the trusted domain
Full DNS name has been used on the management server
Windows Live Essentials is not installed on our clients.

Hello,
See these articles then;RTSP-inspection (due to something that nobody knew about was watching the network) is the most common one.

Is the Management Server hostname listed in the database tables? This error might indicate that it isn't:
Server record not found in data source for following: <Management Server>
This forum post is my own opinion and does not necessarily reflect the opinion or view of Microsoft, its employees, or other MVPs. -
Thursday, November 24, 2011 6:36 AMHello,
Considering that he stated; Full DNS name has been used on the management server
It shouldn't be a problem. Assuming that the entries matches up...

Thursday, November 24, 2011 10:16 AMI haven't got access myself, but I can ask one of the SQL admins to double check - Do you know what table it should be in?

Thanks again
Checked these links, everything appears to be as it should (or not relevant in this instance)
I've been told by our Network Consultant that there definitely isn't anything running RTSP-inspection. -
Thursday, November 24, 2011 11:10 AMHello,
I suggest you use Wireshark to capture the network traffic in between and determine what is passing between the client and the server

Is this an Internet-facing scenario or are all of the clients in the same domain?
If different domain, you may need to place credentials in Credmanager.
If they are in the same domain, we need ot check SPNs on the server to make sure the SPN registered for the App-V management Server matches the name used by the client.
Per Znack's suggestion, a network trace would be good to see. However, make sure it is double sided (where one is occuring from the client as well as server.)
Also let me know if the clients have Windows Live Essentials 2011 installed.
