    Hi Im using a Gig E network and a virtual machine in a hyperV with windows 2008 installed into it.

    when trying to restore the 26GB in a specific virtual machine, it stopoed when it is about 80%
    what i noticed is that the memory is slowly eaten up.
    it is as if, the content from the gigE network can not be written at once.
    so it is kept in memory...
    the problem is that when one runs out of memory...
    the entire thing stops.

    What can be done to avoid this?

    Any feedback will much be appreciated.
