I already know that files don’t actually get lost after accidental deletion. They could be automatically moved to Recycle Bin and wait here for user to restore them back, if it is necessary. But, I have checked the “Recycle Bin”. There
is nothing. Perhaps, I have emptied it. I don’t know.
Is it still possible to restore my deleted files back? Is it too late?
In my opinion, after the deletion, the deleted files are only moved to the folder named “Recycle Bin”. As long as you’ve not rewritten them with anything new, they would be here forever to some extent. Moreover, since they are invisible
right now, you also cannot see or use them.
Hence, in order to get your files back, you should try to use a third party recovery program that could deeply scan your computer and find your invisible files back.
Recuva, EaseUs Data Recovery and
iCare Data Recovery Free, etc, all of them are highly recommended computer data recovery freeware.
If you are interested, you could give them a shot.
From now on, learn to be careful about your data and back it up well no matter what happens in the future.
