i have window 8.1 64bit when i try to right click mouse it take a really long time(like 1 or 2 minute) to response, and this is for all office(word, ppt) files, chrome, and some music files.
I have already tried the way recommended by this website:

but it doesn't work,
Can anyone help me???

For the issue, I suggest we try the clean boot mode and safe mode to test if we can get rid of this problem.
